Hello everyone (hm, yes, you, the one behind that screen which don’t forget me!),
It seems unthinkable that I could keep a commitment. I thought I could devote myself more to my passion in 2016 and I have nothing produced since January! Two works per year, it’s a bit light for a performance. Even if the performance is irrelevant here, fortunately.
Let’s speak less, so let’s speak right. Let me copy a verse from a song I appreciate to introduce this new artwork:"Perfect by nature,Icons of self-indulgence,Just what we all need,More lies about a world that never was and never will be."
Do you know what I mean? Or rather what these words mean?
Noooo, I don’t talk about myself.
Take a look at the picture, dude! Just make the connection.
Okay. If it’s still very difficult for someone to explain himself what he wanted to show, especially to indicate what "must be seen" (while it’s everyone’s to make his own interpretation). In short, I wanted to represent the tacit and diffuse influence of the ubiquitous advertising industry which erected the physical beauty and appearance in values by overwriting and erasing those that are really important. Women are obviously the prime target for the promotion of this sexist superficial world while being the main victims at once. There is a real contradiction between the society that rightfully brought about the woman’s release highlighting the famous "right to control her own body" while transforming that body into sexual object. It’s a bit absurd that a woman be insulted and treated slut because she’s showing a too big inch of his body or behaving too liberated whereas this model is the only one that is praised by advertising industry (and cinema too). A woman has to be thin, beautiful, made-up, extrovert and disposed to serve as object in a society patronized by men, deepfully sexist, that I reject. There’s a lot of to say about it, and this is the reflexion that I wanted to start through this picture.

Sorry for my bad English, as usual.
